Unwrap 24-26 kisses and lay out wax paper.
Stir sugar and Karo syrup together and bring to boil for 1 minute. Do not cook too long or it will start to harden up.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and cereal.
Drop by the spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for a few seconds then add kisses to the top by pressing down gently.
Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes until cookie can be lifted from wax paper in one piece.
